Account management

User accounts are managed by your organization's administrator. Account creation, access, and deletion are handled by the admin through the admin portal.

To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact your organization's administrator or email sb@bms-ship.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will confirm deletion within 7 business days.
